How do I downgrade my Dispatch account?

Unless you're already on the Free plan, you can downgrade at any time by selecting any plan from the Plans page.

When you downgrade, you keep all the benefits of your current plan until your current billing cycle ends.

Downgrading from Pro to Starter

If you downgrade from Pro to Starter, you’ll still get access to all the features of the Pro plan until your billing cycle ends, at which point your plan limits will adjust to the Starter plan.

After you downgrade, your plan name will update to “Starter”, but you’ll keep your Pro benefits until the next cycle starts.

Downgrading to Free

Downgrading to the Free plan cancels your subscription at the end of the current billing cycle. If you have activated Pay per Action, Pay per Action will also be canceled when you downgrade to the Free plan, so you’ll be limited to 100 monthly Actions.
