How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your paid Dispatch plan at any time by changing to the Free Plan on the Plans page.

If switching from a paid plan to Free, you’ll still have access to everything included in your paid plan for the remainder of your billing cycle. At the end of your current billing cycle, your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free Plan.

If you have Pay per Action activated, you'll lose access to it when you downgrade to Free.

Inactivating Pay per Action

You can inactivate, or cancel Pay per Action anytime by switching the toggle for the Add-on “Off”. Look for the “Pay per Action” Add-on box under the pricing table on the Plans page.

Deleting your account

If you want to delete your account, please contact us. Just know that account deletion is permanent and we won’t be able to recover any data once your account is deleted.
