What is Dispatch Monitor?

You can think of Dispatch Monitor (shown as "Monitor" in Dispatch navigation) as a log for on-chain activity.

Instead of sending on-chain activity data to external apps like Telegram or Discord, you can set up Patches to send relevant activity to Dispatch Monitor, where you can stay on top of what's happening without leaving Dispatch.
