How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your Dispatch account password or need to reset it for security reasons, there are two ways you can do it.
Reset password via Login Page
- Go to the Dispatch login page
- Click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email we'll send you
- Set a new password that meets the security requirements
Reset via Account Settings
This method only works if you can log in to Dispatch with your existing password.
- Log in to your Dispatch account
- Go to Account Settings by clicking on your profile icon > Settings
- Scroll down to the “Password” section
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm a new secure password
- Click “Change password” to save your new credentials
